Having a high regard for your well-being and happiness.
Taking care of your needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others.
Not settling for less than you deserve.
Accepting yourself just as you are.
Accepting your emotions for what they are and putting your physical, emotional, and mental well-being first.
Making healthy choices that serve and nurture you.
(This is a big one) Having healthy relationships.
A gift to yourself.
Treating yourself with compassion, understanding and kindness.
Having positive thoughts and feelings about yourself.
